In my first year of college, I took a class on the Renaissance and completely fell in love with the topic. Learning about this historical period helped me understand why our world functions the way it does today and how the ideas that shape it came to be. My curiosity and passion for the subject led me to Florence, where I now have the chance to immerse myself in the history and culture of the Renaissance firsthand.
