Lambing season refers to when female sheep (called “ewes”) give birth to lambs in the spring. The UK has lots of sheep farms, so lambing season is a very busy time here. This week, my boyfriend is helping a farm with this process. Some of his work includes feeding and penning sheep, helping the female sheep deliver their babies, and cleaning up sheep poop!
