¡Buenos días de España! My name is Sascha, and I am a senior undergraduate student studying in Madrid, Spain. My hometown is Queens, New York. In the United States, I study Neurobiology & Spanish double majors, with certificates in Global Health, Chicana Latina Studies, & Health Policy, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. On campus, I am a New York STEM POSSE Scholar & Wisconsin International Scholar.
I have studied in four other countries, from Thailand to Costa Rica, to Austria, and Australia.
I am an aspiring physician, passionate about removing barriers to healthcare for women, along with the intersections of health and culture.
Coming from a multiethnic background, I have had an intense inner curiosity to explore the world from all directions. Studying abroad has taken me across the globe, and I am honored to be bringing you along for this adventure!
