Schnitzel Meets Blintzes: Culture Bites

Eating with my hands using soft pita and dipping into creamy spreads made the experience of trying different foods in Israel fun, as well as the shop owners who shared stories about the recipes and their cultures. The kindness and passion of these people made me feel welcome and helped me understand how food brings people together. Every bite was a new discovery and made me excited to try more.
