Hi there! My name is Spoorthy Reddy (pronounced "spōr-thee"). I was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, which is located right at the base of the mountains. In my free time, I love to explore the area by hiking and camping as well as attending outdoor concerts.
I attended the University of Colorado, Boulder for my undergraduate degree, where I double majored in neuroscience and leadership and community engagement. I had the privilege of being able to study abroad during college and fell in love with traveling and exploring new cultures.
The organizations I worked with during college developed my interest in understanding how different countries' health systems address underserved communities. As a result, I applied for and got into the University of Limerick for a Masters in Public Health! Limerick is a small to moderate sized town located near the west coast of Ireland so I'm excited to explore the Irish countryside by hiking the mountains around the area and going surfing at the nearby beaches. Over the next couple of weeks, I hope to learn more about you and share my adventures along the way!
