This week was one of the first in a while that I stayed in Bilbao and really enjoyed my time here! I spent some time with my host mom and a close friend from my program.
So far, I’ve traveled to several Spanish cities like San Sebastián, Madrid and Barcelona. I’ve also visited London, Porto and Lisbon, all of which I absolutely loved.
This week, I got around by metro, bus and walking. Since I live in the city center, everything is pretty much walkable, but the public transportation is also convenient and easy to use!
The most interesting place I visited this week was probably Casco Viejo (Old Town) in Bilbao. It’s full of historic buildings, shops, restaurants and bars. It’s one of my favorite places to visit on the weekends!
