I actually haven’t traveled this week, but I went to Brussels two weeks ago and I am going to Athens next weekend. I figured I would use this break to catch up on schoolwork.
The farthest I have traveled so far was when I went to Brussels, Belgium. I went there for a Gilman Scholars study tour, where I got to tour some of the major European Union government buildings. I saw the European Commission, the European Parliament and NATO! It was more of a work and learning trip than a fun trip. But don't worry! My friends and I have already started planning trips for November! We are thinking of either going to Morocco or Cyprus at the end of November! We also have a trip planned for Rome, Italy, so that we can see our best friend who is studying there!
Today, I have mainly gotten around using the public bus! Since I end late in the day, around 8 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I just take the public bus to get back to my housing.
