After months in Munich, daily life no longer feels new or unfamiliar, which has made space to slow down and pay attention to the present moment. Instead of focusing on what comes next, I found myself enjoying ordinary routines (like winter evenings, familiar routes and small pauses in the day) as they unfolded.
