From my city, Oradea, to Cluj it is 160 km each way, so I generally travelled 320 km this week!
I have traveled to Bucharest, Cluj and Timişoara, Romania, as well as Budapest, Hungary three times (it is my closest major city) and London, England. In the next three weeks I will be traveling to Istanbul, Turkey; Cairo, Egypt; Paris, France; Luxembourg; and Brussels, Belgium.
I almost exclusively use public trams and buses, but to get long distances I take intercity buses. You may be familiar with the company, Flixbus.
I got to visit a medieval Catholic Church that had maintained its original medieval frescoes, which is rare.
I am preparing to visit Egypt soon, and my goal is to learn ten words in Arabic.
