How far did I travel this week?:

This week, I made it to Oxford, which is just about an hour outside of London by train. It's one of those places that feels like stepping into another world entirely — all cobblestone streets, grand university buildings and centuries of history packed into one beautiful city. It's a very worthwhile day trip from London.

How far have I traveled on this journey so far?:

So far on this journey, I've covered quite a bit of ground. London has been the home base, but I've also made it to Paris, Copenhagen and Sweden along the way. That's four countries across two continents worth of travel, and each destination has brought something completely different to the table. It's been quite the adventure so far.

How did I get around this week?:

Getting around this week was a mix of the classic London ways, like the tube, the bus and plenty of walking. For the trip to Oxford, it was a quick and easy train ride, which is honestly one of the best things about being based in London. So much of Europe is just a train journey away.

What was the most interesting place I visited this week?:

The most interesting place I visited this week was Oxford. Walking through the university grounds and along the old city streets, it's hard not to feel the weight of history all around you.
