Everyone else normally works a 12-hour shift, and we have enough people to have a day shift and a night shift so that the boat can continue doing what it needs to do without stopping. The Island Pride has enough room for 100 people to stay on-board. Some of the cabins have two beds, so when we have a lot of people on board, sharing a cabin is inevitable. If anyone has to share a cabin, I do my best to make sure they are on different shifts so they aren’t in the room at the same time.
