Namaste! Hello! My name is Victoria, I’m fifty-two years old, and I’m from Seattle, Washington. I enjoy hiking in the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, and swimming in the Salish Sea. I love nature, but I also love exploring all kinds of places, learning about different cultures and meeting new people!
A few years ago, as part of my volunteer job in healthcare, I learned that people from around the world think about health and healthcare in different ways. This fascinated me and inspired me to go back to school and study medical anthropology. I developed a research proposal to investigate how medicine is changing as climate change brings new health issues for individuals and society. I look forward to sharing my experiences in Nepal with you!
