Vietnamese is the main language spoken in Vietnam! Some minority ethnic groups speak other languages, such as Tày, Mường, Khmer, Chinese, Nùng and Hmong.

What was the best meal this week?:

The best meal I ate this week was bún chả. Bún chả is a soup dish with noodles, pork and other vegetables.

What music did I listen to this week?:

I often listen to music that reminds me of home in the United States. This week, I listened to Bad Bunny to prepare for the Super Bowl!

What activity was the most fun this week?:

My favorite activity this week has been practicing Vovinam, the traditional martial arts style of Vietnam. I am performing in a show for the Lunar New Year, so I have been practicing a lot!

What did I read this week?:

I have been reading A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara. 

What games or sports did I play this week?:

I play a lot of sports! This week, I have been practicing Vovinam for two hours each day to practice for my Lunar New Year performance.
