What I have come to realize is that everyone--no matter your gender, race, culture--is an explorer. It is in our genes. It is what makes us human. We are all interested in what is beyond the next valley, what is over the hill, what creatures share the Earth with us, and how it all works. Looking for answers to our own individual questions about life is what propels each of us forward to learn and understand. It is exciting to make connections. It is what makes life interesting. Each of us is on a quest, and that quest is our life.
