Traveler Bio

Hello! My full name is Adebjo-Wuraola Ogunnaike, but I go by Wurs. I am 21 years old, and I am from a small college town in California called Redlands. Growing up in Redlands, I was always interested in history, politics, and learning about other countries. That's when I got to college, I decided to study Economics and International Relations! So I could learn more about the world around me and how things work. I am interested in topics like religion, global sustainability, and international trade (that's when different countries trade with each other). I am currently in my third year of college, and I have always wanted to spend some time in another country, learning about their culture, how students live, and how they approach academics.

So last spring, I applied to the University of Bristol as an exchange student, and I was fortunate to get in! That's where I am located now, in Bristol, England. While I'm here, I will get to take classes in economics and international relations, immerse myself in the city of Bristol and the UK, and hopefully travel around the country! I am excited to share my semester abroad with you all and hear about your adventures throughout the spring.
