The Mauritanian government has already prepared a proposal to address problems of limited clean water, such as switching to renewable energy sources (solar and thermal, for example) to power big water filtration machines. Unfortunately, there is still a lack of financial support to invest in these expensive advancement tools to improve the country's overall access to clean water. The financial issue is the main reason for the delay in the improvement that is crucially required in Mauritania today.
