It was really fun going to a cafe with the new American friends I've made in my program as well as two French students. I had an eclair and a coffee while we all sat and practiced our French together.
This week I read a few articles about the city of Bordeaux, the bus system and the university. I also read about other cities in the South of France.
I went to the grocery market and recognized some familiar cereals like Frosted Flakes but mostly unfamiliar but interesting cereal options. The French don't store their egg cartons inside refrigerators but in unrefrigerated aisles.
