Busses in Vietnam are basically the same as busses in America. The primary difference is how many people ride at one time. Riders almost always exceed the number of seats available and people are frequently forced to sit on the ground.
Due to high levels of air pollution. Almost every person in Vietnam wears a face mask when driving a bike.

This bike is the main method of transportation I use to get around. It has to be refilled with gas about every three days and is prone have engine troubles.
On this first ride I was so scared of falling off or getting into an accident I hugged my driver from behind for half our trip.
