I built up a life for myself in a matter of months and took it all down again within a matter of days, and I’m incredibly proud of myself for doing my best the whole time. To my class at East Carter High, let my experience be a lesson that we can be flexible and adapt to any situation, and that unexpected changes can’t take away the great memories you make when you step out of your comfort zone. I hope that you all challenge yourselves to break out of your bubble, whether that means experiencing life in a different city, state or country!
