I walked past the eggs and milk too. Neither of these is stored in refrigerators like it is in America. It is strange to get used to at first, but both taste the same or better than they do at home. I made my way to the pasta sauce and found some Bolognese from Barilla, a brand we have in the States. On my way to the checkout counter, I glimpsed the extensive meat and sausage display, and I made sure to stop by the chocolate section. Today’s treat was a chocolate bar with bits of Oreo cookie in the middle. Yum! From there I biked home and started cooking pasta for dinner. What about you? What did you eat for dinner last night? Do you think you could find all those ingredients in a German supermarket? Do you think you could find your favorite toy in a Müller?
