The most fun I had this week was when I went to the Chinese Friendship Garden. This is a Chinese Garden in the middle of the city it looks strange because it is like a small Chinese village in the middle of the skyscrapers. I visited with my friends and it was a nice place to relax and take cool pictures. It felt like we were escaping the busy city for a bit while we walked through a beautiful garden.
This week I finished my 4th book since I arrived in Sydney, since I love to read on the beach. The book was called ''Come Back to Me'' by Sara Foster, who is an Australian author. What book did you read this week?
Rugby is a popular sport in Australia. It is sort of like a mix between soccer and football. Right now is the Rugby World Cup and Australia has been winning so it has been exciting!
Right now there are many climate strikes occuring throughout Australia. Many college students have also been in charge of organizing these strikes. A climate strike is when a group of people all meet in one place and tell the government that they want more laws to protect the environment.
