The weather this week was pretty rainy and cold. It started to get warmer at the end of the week, but it was mostly cold. Asturias has a very wet climate. It rains from November until May (usually at least five days out of the week). I ALWAYS have an umbrella with me because the skies change so quickly! Although the weather was not very happy, it is pretty typical over here!
There are not many animals around here. When I go to the park, I see a lot of pigeons and some ducks near the pond, but that is usually it. Other than that a lot of people have dogs as pets here and they are outside walking with them all the time.
The coolest thing I saw in nature this week was the jar of tadpoles that a science professor brought in to help teach her students about the life cycle of frogs. It was so awesome to see them and hear the life cycle being taught in Spanish.
