This week in Edinburgh, Scotland, the weather was a little bit of everything! We had some sunny days with bright blue skies, cold mornings and crazy, surprise rainy weather. It was pretty windy, too! I almost got blown away on my way to class on Wednesday. The temperature was cool, so I always needed a jacket and layers when going outside. No matter the weather, it's always a lovely time to explore Scotland! If anything, crazy weather makes it more exciting. What season is your favorite? Mine used to be winter, but now it's fall!
This week, I saw SO many cute dogs walking the streets of Scotland! Did you know Scotland has special dog breeds of its own? These are Scottish terriers, or "scotties", border collies, golden retrievers and West Highland white terriers, or "westies." I also got to see a small, old owl named Archimedius! I also spotted pigeons, rats and even a black cat. Which animal would you want as a pet?
