¡Que más camaradas! My name is Andrés Vargas, a 23-year-old currently teaching English abroad in Sogamoso, Colombia through the Fulbright ETA program. Born in Sacramento, CA, I have also lived in Egypt, Guatemala and Indiana! My first time going abroad alone was when I studied abroad in Germany during my senior year of high school and then in Spain for a college semester. I studied at Indiana University Bloomington receiving a double degree in International Studies and Spanish with a German Business Certificate and a minor in Global Media. I am eager to share my journey with you all and get a step closer to my goal of living on every continent of the world! So far I am 4 down and 3 to go!
