The weather in Bordeaux was on a spectrum this week. It started off extremely sunny, which was interesting for it being October. In the mornings, it was very cold, but then would get very hot, very fast. It is best to wear layers in Bordeaux, as the weather can be very unpredictable. It is convenient to wear a coat that can be taken off later in the day, or a thin long sleeve shirt. At the end of the week, it became a lot more rainy and cold. The rain got very hard and the wind was extremely strong. I even had to close my window because it kept banging back and forth!
This week I saw lots of pigeons! They are everywhere on the streets, and are residents just like us! It is always so cool to see that the pigeons know how to cross the street on the correct paths. They are also so calm and unafraid of people walking to close to them.
