Therefore, in my free time, I would try to read Italian magazines and newspapers. While having my class notes and Italian-English textbooks on the side, I want to improve on my Italian and be able to speak with the people that live here.
I was still trying to get used to my school schedule and fix my sleeping schedule, so unfortunately, I did not play any games or sports this week. However, soccer seems to be a really big sport here! I see jerseys everywhere I go and games are broadcasted at a lot of restaurants.
I found out that another friend back home is also studying abroad in Florence! I hope to meet up with her over coffee this week so that we can share our experiences of our time here and maybe even give each other ideas of different places to go.
