The weather is slowly starting to get colder in France. With lows of around 45 degrees and highs of 55 degrees, the city is on the verge of a chilly winter. Luckily, the rain has come to a halt, whereas in early October it was a near-constant. The forecast for November, is sunny and cold, but that is my preference!
The animals I see the most in Paris are the cats who live in the courtyard of my dorm. This outdoor space is home to a cat and her 6 kittens—it is even cuter than it sounds. Our favorite way to take a study break is to visit the cats outside and watch them play. However, I also encounter my fair share of rats around Paris! Despite attempts by the Mayor Anne Hidalgo to Stop Aux Rats! (Stop the Rats!) they continue to persist, especially at night time!
