Since I am just beginning my project, I have not yet faced many conflicts. To prevent conflicts from arising, I will continue to communicate what I am feeling, as well as show my appreciation for my team. If a conflict does come up, I will deal with it be being honest and trying to put myself in the other person’s shoes. Conflicts are normal. There is no need to be very upset about them as long as you are calm and respectful.
