Gamarjoba! Hello! My name is Camryn Vaughn. I'm from a small town called Lewistown in central Montana. Growing up, I loved spending time at the public library as well as camping with my family and snow skiing. During my junior year of high school, I was very lucky to live in Austria as an exchange student with the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. My family hosted a boy from Vienna, Austria that year, too, and we still keep in touch!
I went to the University of Montana in Missoula. There, I studied Russian, international relations, and German. I lived and studied Russian in Biskek, Kyrgyzstan, for one semester during college. After graduating, I was awarded a Fulbright grant to teach English in the Republic of Georgia! Currently, I am living in Zugdidi, Georgia, where I teach English at Shota Meskhia State Teaching University.
Georgia is known for its breathtaking mountains, delicious cuisine, and friendly people. I can't wait to share my experiences with you and I'm excited to learn more about you this school year!
