This week, I stayed around Panama City and just traveled to and from my office. I work only about one mile from my office and take the metro every day. But, last week, when I went to Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, I traveled about 700 km (about 435 miles).
Here is a list of places I have traveled in Panama in the last five months and their distance from Panama City where I live:
El Valle de Anton (Anton Valley), Panama: 128 km (80 miles)
Boquete, Panama: 481 km (299 miles)
Bocas del Toro, Panama: 615 km (382 miles)
The San Blas Islands, Panama: 100 km (62 miles)
Tonosi, Panama: 345 km (214 miles); I have made this trip 4 times so far. It is where I do my research.
I am very lucky to live and work very close to the Metro in Panama City. If I can't get somewhere on the metro, I usually use my Uber app so a car can pick me up. I live close to grocery stores and my gym, so I usually walk to those locations.
