Nature's Quiet Beauty

There was a simplicity and beauty in its presence, and for the first time, I truly appreciated grass! The sight of those open, grassy fields filled me with a surprising sense of comfort and peace, as if nature had gently reminded me to slow down and just be.

Where does it live?:

Haha, to put it simply, grass lives almost everywhere! It thrives in fields, parks, lawns and even in cracks in the pavement. In the city, grass often appears in small spaces such as parks and yards, tamed and trimmed to fit its surroundings. It's a touch of green in an otherwise concrete world. But in the countryside, grass is wild and free, stretching endlessly across fields and hills. It's vibrant, lush, and unrestrained, swaying with the breeze, and alive with the sounds of nature. In open spaces, grass feels fuller, almost like it has a personality, shaping the landscape and creating a sense of calm and openness.

How does it use its environment to survive?:

Grass survives by spreading deep roots that absorb water and nutrients from the soil, even in harsh conditions. It is able to withstand wind, grazing and foot traffic well beacuse it grows so close to the ground.

What can harm this creature or plant? Are we worried about it?:

Grass might seem like it can survive anything, but things like drought, pollution or heavy foot traffic can actually wear it down. Even though grass pretty common, I think keeping grass healthy matters, as it helps prevent soil erosion, thus supporting the local environment.
