I have been moved by the stories I have heard, changed forever by the people I have met and motivated by the experiences I have had, even the most challenging ones. In the end, that is my hope for you! That you can have experiences that make you thankful even when they are hard because you know you are a better and changed person on the other side.
I highly encourage you to seek out those challenging experiences. They will seem scary, but I often think that the most valuable things are always a little risky or scary. Otherwise, they would just be in your comfort zone, and therefore, they would not help you grow.
Wishing you all the best in the new year. Reflect on your past year, make goals for the new one and look into the opportunities or experiences that excite you.
