This week I went to a shopping center to pick up more items for my trip. I had to drive to the train station and then take the train all the way to the northernmost station. I think that was the farthest I traveled this week.
I haven't begun my journey yet, but I hope to be able to travel around Argentina a lot while I'm there. It is the second largest country in South America, so it has a lot to offer. I would also like to go to some neighboring countries like Brazil and Chile.
Like I said before, Atlanta is a very spread out city. Most people here drive because it's more efficient and our subway system isn't the best. From my home I have to drive about 15-20 minutes just to get to the closest train station. This week I have used a combination of driving my car and using the train.
The most interesting place that I visited this week was probably Stone Mountain. It is a huge mountain located in the outskirts of Atlanta. I've been going to this mountain since I was younger and love how easy it is to climb. It still never ceases to amaze me!
