Traveler Bio

Hi! I’m Chloe, a student just like you. I love trying delicious foods, playing fun games with my friends, and reading exciting books.

I’m also studying abroad! Studying abroad means taking classes in a new country. Before college, I had never been on a plane or set foot in another country. It seemed like such a cool experience! Little did I know that I would one day spend months in a new country.

My family is from Uganda and Tanzania, two countries in Africa. Sadly, I never got to visit when I was younger. I grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. I loved growing up here. I would play freeze-tag and hide-and-seek with my friends.

Here’s a little more about me: I’m a big sister with three younger siblings. I love playing new Roblox games with them. Some of my favorites are Brookhaven and Adopt Me.

In the classroom, I study Economics and Global Studies. These are just fancy ways of saying I love learning about culture around the world. I hope to one day become a business leader who helps people and communities.

Studying abroad is an important part of this! It seemed a little scary at first, but I’m excited to study in Spain. This trip will introduce me to new cultures. Have you ever met someone from a new culture? We’ll experience this together!

I can’t wait to bring you along! Over the next few weeks, I’ll share some of my favorite experiences in this new country. One of my favorite numbers is 67, so maybe I’ll be able to visit 67 new places.

Let’s find out together!
