The dunes have vegetation and bushes on them, so they actually look and feel more like mountains with cliffs.
I didn't read much this week because I was so busy traveling--although I did spend a lot of time reading metro maps! However, I did the entire tour through the park in Spanish, which I was really proud of because I learned so much new vocabulary.
Horseback riding was my favorite! I rode 18 miles through the forest, through the beach and sand dunes and through the town. It was such a unique way to explore the area. However, I hadn’t ridden a horse in three months, so afterward I was so sore that I couldn’t move the next day.
