The weather has been slowly getting colder as it gets later into October. It can be quite chilly in the morning, hot and dry in the afternoon, and then very cold in the evenings. The sun is always out, although it is beginning to get cloudier. I am really looking forward to the days getting colder and maybe even some snow in the mid-winter months!
A lot of cats live on Hebrew University's campus and at the student village where I live. I see them every day when I leave for class and when I return. There was even a cat in my classroom today! Besides cats, I often see swallows and finches hanging out on the window sills in my apartment. In the morning, their singing wakes me up.
