SCOOT SCOOT! As an experienced and confident scooter driver, I am going to tell you all about the fun and unusual way that people get around town.
Most people get around on really cool scooters! They go all around town and Taiwan on scooters, and they even made a separate lane on the roads just for them, which is so helpful. I have a cool red scooter myself!
Scootering around Taiwan is so much fun. After taking some lessons and passing my scooter test, I felt excited to start scootering everywhere! I have even taken trips up to three hours on my scooter!
Getting around by scooter or on two wheels is very popular in Taiwan and in this part of the world. It is much cheaper than having a car, and since it is smaller to store, it is easier to park anywhere you are trying to find a spot. Similarly to how Americans are manufacturing cool new electric cars being made, the Taiwanese are making electric scooters here, too!
