Sadly, our journey together has come to an end. I have enjoyed our video calls and your thoughtful questions throughout the semester. It has been such a great opportunity to both reflect on my personal experience here and share Peruvian culture with all of you!
Moving foward, I will continue volunteering with the Peace Corps in the community economic development sector, working with young adults just like you to teach entrepreneurship skills and financial education. It has truly been an honor to be a part of your classroom and Spanish learning experience. I hope that every one of you realizes the impact you can have just by being yourself and pursuing your dreams! The past few weeks have been just a small glimpse into my life as a volunteer abroad, and if you are interested in learning more, I encourage you to look into the Peace Corps as a way to travel, expand your Spanish language skills, and learn more about yourself and the world around you.
