As you can see, cell culture can vary based on so many different factors! Cell type, experiment requirements, and 2.D. vs 3.D. cell culture can all influence the conditions and procedures needed for keeping cells alive and happy. All of these factors and decisions seem a little overwhelming when written out but, after working at Cúram, cell culture has become like second nature to me!
