This week was the first week of fall and very cold compared to what I have experianced so far. It had been in the 90's here but changed on Monday. Now everyone is wearing sweaters and jeans, and the nights are getting colder and colder. We have also had a lot of rain most nights, with very cloudy and windy days.
Japan has a spider called the joro spider. You can find them all over the place, walking on paths, buildings and bushes. They get really big and are scary looking. When I go on trips I get to see other animals. This week on Saturday I went to Nara, Japan. There I got to see, feed and pet wild deer.
Nara, Japan is famous for its Nara deer. These deer run free in Nara Park at the bottom of a mountain. They are smaller than American deer and very friendly. You can feed them crackers, and if you bow to them they bow back at you!
