Polish is the most common language. Many people also speak English.
They have their own type of money called the zloty in Poland. It is different from the money that is used in the rest of Europe. One dollar from the United States is about equal to four Zloty. Many things are cheaper for me here than in the United States.
A bottle of water is pretty cheap here, and typically only costs about 50 cents.
Potato pancakes, which are finely-shredded potatos mixed with onions and formed into the shape of pancakes. Then, they are fried.
I mostly listened to some of my own favorite music while on the airplane. I hope to listen to some more traditional Polish music over the coming months. I really hope to listen to music by Frederic Chopin. He was one of the best piano composers in history, and he is from Warsaw, Poland. There is even a museum here in Warsaw for Chopin.
