I have always been a big advocate for giving back to the community and I have been able to accomplish so many amazing things while here including being able to share my story with you all! In my opinion, keeping an open mind is the best way to experience new things throughout life. I have tried so many new foods here that I never thought I would eat before, like guinea pig and alpaca. I have seen the most beautiful landscapes and learned to live a whole new way of life with an amazing Peruvian family who will forever be in my heart. Say yes to new things, and most importantly, pay attention in your Spanish class!
