As Ordu is located in the Black Sea region, it is often very rainy and cloudy. This week was no different, with temperatures averaging from 50-65° F.
There are lots of street dogs that roam around Ordu, so I mainly saw lots of dogs. Additonally, when I visited the seaside, I saw seagulls and several jellyfish in the water!
The coolest thing I saw in nature this week were tulips! Tulips were actually cultivated in Türkiye many years ago, and they grow everywhere here. They are the national flower of Türkiye and grow in many different colors.
Even though spring has begun, it is still very cool in the Black Sea region. Until May, the weather will continue to be rainy and cloudy. I am still wearing my coat some days!
