I traveled 792 miles to get from Oxford to Amsterdam and back. I also walked over 10 miles for every day that I was in Amsterdam, meaning I traveled approximately 812 miles!
So far on this journey, I have traveled approximately 5,000 miles in total!
This week we mainly walked everywhere we went. However, we also used the buses in Amsterdam to get to places like the airport that were too far to walk to. Thankfully the bus maps were in English and very easy to understand!
The most interesting place I visited this week was the Foam, which is the photography museum in Amsterdam. This museum features photos from different stages of photography as well as current pieces involving different social issues in order to promote human rights. It was a great opportunity to learn about photography and human rights!
