Korean Foods!

As much as I have enjoyed eating KBBQ and eating it almost every other day while I have been here, there are so many more dishes to try and share. I’ve enjoyed so many other meals, such as grabbing a quick gimbap (which is like a seaweed rice roll) in the morning to eat as a quick go-to meal, Korean shaved ice (Bingsoo) for dessert, or feasting on buddae jigae (spicy kimchi stew with sausage and spam) or soondobu (soft tofu stew) later in the night at 24/7 restaurants! And similarly to how Jeonju’s specialty is bibimbap, many other cities outside of Seoul have their own popular dishes, such as seafood in Busan and chicken in Chucheon. It’s important to try new things! You never know what you might like until you try it, and who knows; it might be your new favorite dish.
