Traveler Bio

Xin chào! (Hello)

My name is Huy and I am from San Jose, California. I am 21 years old, and I go to school at the University of California Irvine, where I am studying business administration. I am really passionate about my major because I want to manage my own money better and understand how businesses work.

My favorite hobbies include staying active and playing sports but also staying inside and watching shows! I played badminton on my high school team in high school and did hip-hop dance in college. I enjoy trying new food and traveling, and I am excited to incorporate my hobbies and interests while in Seoul.

Outside of dancing at school, I have also been introduced to K-pop dance, and one of the many genres of shows I watch includes K-dramas. This exposed me to Korean culture and interested me in the Yonsei study abroad program. I also befriended students from Yonsei at my college which solidified my decision. While here, I'm excited to explore South Korea to its fullest. One thing off my bucket list is to attend 1 million dance studios, a well-known dance studio in Korea. What are some things on your bucket list? Join me so we can share this experience together!
