Finland was a great last trip as it is such a Christmas-filled country. I got to see where Santa does his work and where he lives. It was a winter wonderland there. It snowed everyday! The temperature wasn't too cold fortunately, but it was just cold enough for snow. I really enjoyed this trip and officially feel the Christmas spirit.

There are so many activities to do in Lapland, Finland, other than, of course, seeing Santa's village. In the village, I got to see his farm of pets. There were bunnies, alpacas, donkeys, chickens and of course many reindeer. I also got to enjoy a sleigh ride pulled by huskies! It was so fun and so exciting. The huskies were so excited to pull us and loved it. After husky sledding, I went to a ski resort and tried cross country skiing for the first time ever. Even though I have downhill skied regularly most winters, this was totally different. It was a ski in the forest with lots of snow. I loved it!

This trip was definitely one of my top trips ever. This is something so rare to see, and I loved every second of it. It was a unique experience I was lucky to have.

As you have all seen, I got to go on so many trips throughout my semester abroad. This costs money, time and a little bit of stress.
