One of the most popular forms of transportation in Timor Leste is the motorbike; they’re everywhere and they’re the best way to get around once you are off the main roads
You can also get around Maubara and to the closest town, Liquica, by taking a Tuk Tuk; depending on where you’re going, it costs between $0.25 and $1 for a ride, but they only stick to the main roads and are very slow
