Being able to see so much from standing at one location was truly a wonder to me, and was the coolest thing that I have experienced so far during my time here in Jordan.
This week, during my trip in northern Jordan, I went on many hikes and saw gorgeous mountain views of Jordan. It is very common to see plenty of wild flowers, such as poppies, growing. Along with these flowers, the forests here are very sparse, and while there are many trees, the forests are not densely packed as you might expect to find forests in the U.S.A.
