Although I had mixed feelings about this journey, I knew the outcome would be amazing and bring me a countless number of memories.
I now live in Florence, and it is incredibly exciting! I am practicing Italian words when I order food and meet new people. The views in Italy are beyond anything I've seen before. I can't resist beautiful views of nature, which is why I decided to take a hike up to view Florence from above! While on this hike, I ran into a cat that was peacefully napping, which was so cute to witness in the beautiful surroundings. On another note, the food here is amazing. My favorites are pasta, pizza and gelato. Gelato is like ice cream, only creamier and sweeter.
As I continue to travel through Italy and other countries in Europe, I will be documenting my journey. I am happy to be learning about this new culture every day! I look forward to sharing my journey in Italy and the rest of Europe with all of you!
